Work permits

What

There are three types of work permits:

• A work permit for employment (students and seasonal workers)
• Work permit for special cases of employment (directed workers,posted workers and independent professionals)
• A work permit for self-employment

How

In the case of submitting a request for a work permit for employment, National Employment Agency is obliged to preliminary test labor market (available in Serbian – Cyrillic and Latin language), i.e. mediation of employment. When

After completing the conditions stated above.

Where

To organization competent for employment according to the main office of the employer, place of work, or the place of temporary residence or permanent residence.
