Work permits for seasonal workers

What

A work permit is granted for jobs that are identified as seasonal in the area of agriculture, forestry, construction or other activities, characterized by a significant temporary workload increasement no longer than six months during a year.

How

In addition to general fulfillment of conditions for obtaining work permits for emloyment, certain conditions need to be fulfilled to obtain a work permit for performing seasonal jobs. Your employer needs to submit:

1. concluded contract of employment with the employer
2. employer’s act on accommodation and food during employees stay and work in the Republic of Serbia (RS)

Where

Your employer should submit the request to organization competent for employment according to the main office of the employer, place of work, or the place of temporary residence or permanent residence.
